Finally received it

After more than a month and pictures of someone else's delivery as proof it was mine i finally received my backpack. It is a good product but delivery was awful and I asked to cancel my order and refund my money several times with no luck. Purchase with caution!

Would not buy from this company

I would not buy from this company. Waited 2 weeks for backpack it still showed waiting for delivery to usps. Emailed them and told them to cancel order and reimburse my money. Still haven't received either one even after several emails.
